What currency are prices in?+
All prices are listed and charged in US Dollars (USD). We currently accept payment in USD only.
Which payment methods do you accept?+
Major cards — Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover — plus Apple Pay, through our secure PCI-compliant payment partner. We never store your full card details.
What will appear on my statement?+
Your card statement will show OLIVEIRAHOME.
Is checkout secure?+
Yes. The entire site runs over HTTPS and payments are handled by a PCI-compliant processor. Your card information is never stored on our servers.
Shipping & delivery
Do you ship internationally?+
Yes — we ship to most countries worldwide. Rates are calculated at checkout. See our Shipping policy for times and customs details.
Is shipping free?+
U.S. orders over $100 USD ship free. Under that, U.S. standard shipping is a flat $9 USD.
How are fragile pieces protected?+
Mirrors, glass and ceramics ship double-boxed with corner protection and are insured in transit. Please inspect them on arrival.
Returns
What's your return window?+
14 days from delivery for unused, unopened items in original packaging. Some opened categories (mirrors, glass, ceramics, art, burned candles) can't be returned for hygiene and breakage reasons unless faulty. Full details on our Returns page.
Something arrived damaged — what do I do?+
Email support@oliveirahome.shop with photos within 48 hours of delivery and we'll arrange a free replacement or refund.
Products & design
Are your designs original?+
Yes. Every sculpture, vase, mirror and artwork is an original Oliveirahome design created in-house. We do not sell reproductions of existing artworks, and we don't copy other designers or brands.
What materials do you use?+
Mainly powder-coated metal, matte glazed stoneware, real glass, and cotton-blend textiles. Materials are listed on each product page.
Are there safety considerations?+
Some pieces have finished metal edges, fragile glass, or open flames (candles). Safety and handling notes are listed on the relevant product pages — please read them.

Do you offer trade pricing?+
Yes — for interior designers, short-stay hosts and hospitality teams. Submit a trade enquiry for volume pricing and curated sets.
