Return window

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, unopened and in their original packaging, in resaleable condition.

What can't be returned

For hygiene, safety and the high breakage risk of these categories, the following are not eligible for return once opened or used, unless they arrive faulty or damaged:

• Mirrors and glass-front pieces (opened)
• Ceramic vases and objects (opened)
• Wall art and prints (opened or removed from protective packaging)
• Candles that have been burned

This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty, damaged or not as described — those are always covered (see below).

How to start a return

• Email support@oliveirahome.shopwith your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
• We'll reply with return instructions and the return address within 1–2 business days.
• Pack items securely (original packaging where possible) and ship them back to us.

Return shipping costs

For change-of-mind returns, the customer covers return shipping. If the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, we cover return shipping and send a prepaid label.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where an item was faulty or incorrect. Refunds are made in USD.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If something arrives damaged or faulty, email support@oliveirahome.shop with photos within 48 hoursof delivery. We'll arrange a free replacement or a full refund, including any shipping you paid.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange is to return the original item and place a new order. Reach out and we'll help coordinate.

Order cancellations

Orders can be cancelled any time before they ship — see our Shipping policy. Once dispatched, the return process above applies.
