Where we ship

We ship across the United States and to most international destinations worldwide. A small number of remote regions may be unavailable at checkout; if your country isn't listed, email support@oliveirahome.shopand we'll do our best.

Methods, times & rates

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery after dispatch:

• U.S. Standard — 3–7 business days. Flat $9 USD, or free on orders over $100 USD.
• U.S. Expedited — 2–3 business days. Calculated at checkout.
• International — typically 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs. Rates are calculated at checkout by weight and location.

Larger items (rugs, mirror sets) may ship separately or on a slightly longer timeline; this is noted on the product page where it applies. You'll receive tracking by email as soon as your order ships.

Duties, taxes & customs (international)

Prices are shown in USD and exclude any import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by the destination country. These are the responsibility of the recipient and are collected by the carrier or local customs authority on delivery. We can't predict or refund these charges.

Fragile items & insured delivery

Mirrors, glass-front frames and ceramics are fragile. We pack these pieces double-boxed with corner protection, and shipments are insured in transit. Please inspect fragile items on arrival before hanging or installing.

Damaged or lost in transit

If a piece arrives damaged, keep all packaging and email support@oliveirahome.shop with photos within 48 hoursof delivery. We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you. For lost shipments, contact us and we'll open a claim with the carrier.

Order changes & cancellations

Need to change or cancel? Email us as soon as possible. We can amend or cancel an order any time before it ships; once dispatched, our Returns & Refunds policy applies.
