1. Who you're dealing with

2. Products & descriptions

We work to describe and picture products accurately. Colours may vary slightly between screens, and handmade and natural materials carry small, expected variations. Sets are sold as described on each product page.

3. Pricing & payment

• All prices are listed and charged in US Dollars (USD); we accept USD only.
• We may update prices at any time, but changes won't affect orders already placed.
• Payment is processed by a PCI-compliant provider; your statement will show OLIVEIRAHOME.
• International orders may incur duties, taxes and customs fees payable by the recipient (see Shipping).

4. Orders & acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. We confirm acceptance when we dispatch the items. We may decline or cancel an order (for example, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock issues) and will refund any payment taken.

5. Shipping & returns

Delivery is governed by our Shipping policy and returns by our Returns & Refunds policy, both incorporated into these terms.

6. Intellectual property — our originality commitment

All designs, artwork, product imagery, text and the Oliveirahome name and mark are original works created or exclusively licensed by OLIVEIRA'S HOME DECOR LLC. They are protected by copyright and trademark law and may not be reproduced without our written permission.

We design every piece in-house. We do not sell counterfeit, replica or unauthorized brand-name goods, and our products are not reproductions of, affiliated with, or endorsed by any third-party artist, designer or brand.

7. IP complaints

If you believe any content or product on this site infringes your intellectual property rights, email ip@oliveirahome.shop with details (the work concerned, the allegedly infringing item, and your contact information). We will review promptly and remove material where warranted.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose, to infringe anyone's rights, or to interfere with its operation or security.

9. Product safety

Some products have finished metal edges, fragile glass or mirror components, or involve open flame (candles). Please follow the safety and handling notes on each product page, keep items away from young children where indicated, and install heavier or wall-mounted pieces securely.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OLIVEIRA'S HOME DECOR LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of the site or products. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including your statutory consumer rights.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be subject to the courts located in Florida, USA, except where applicable consumer law gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
